平素よりSCANDALを応援頂き誠にありがとうございます。

SCANDALは、2020年に韓国において、現地法人であるSweet Jane（以下「Sweet Jane社」といいます）をプロモーターとする下記公演に出演することが予定されていたところ、ありがたいことに多くの方々にチケットをご購入いただきましたが、新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響で予定通りの開催が困難と判断されたため延期となっておりました。

日　程：2020年5月23日（土）
場　所：West Bridge Live Hall（韓国ソウル特別市麻浦区ワウサンロ25ギル6）

そのため、その後もコーディネーターを通じて振替公演の実施に向けた協議を行ってまいりましたが、日程調整が困難である等の理由から振替公演の実施は困難と判断し、チケットを払い戻しさせていただく方向で話を進めておりました。
しかしながら、Sweet Jane社からは、同社の資金繰りが困難であることを理由として、一向に払い戻しのためのアナウンス及び手続きに関する報告がなされず、また当該手続きの履行を求める弁護士名義の通知に対しても返答がなく、本日（2023年12月23日）時点において連絡をとることができない状態が続いております。
チケット販売を行ったプロモーターではなく出演者であるSCANDAL及び、所属事務所である当社、株式会社ROOFTOPがこのようなご報告を行うことについては本来望ましくない面もございますが、上記状況を踏まえ、これ以上皆さまに状況をお伝えしないままお待たせすることは心苦しく、看過できないと判断いたしましたので、このような形で現状をご報告させていただきました。
公演チケットをご購入いただいたにもかかわらずこのようなご不便をおかけしていること、また状況のご報告が遅くなってしまったことを深くお詫び申し上げます。

SCANDAL은 2020년 한국에서 현지법인 Sweet Jane(이하 ‘Sweet Jane’이라 함)을 프로모터로 하는 아래 공연에 출연할 예정이었습니다. 많은 분들께서 티켓을 구입해 주셨지만, 코로나19의 영향으로 예정대로의 개최가 어렵다는 판단에 따라 아래 공연은 연기되었습니다.

이에 따라 그 후에도 코디네이터를 통해 대체공연 실시를 위한 협의를 진행해 왔지만, 일정 조정이 어렵다는 등의 이유로 대체공연 실시는 어려울 것으로 판단하여 티켓 대금을 환불해 드리는 방향으로 논의를 진행하였습니다.
그러나 Sweet Jane으로부터는 동사의 자금 사정이 곤란하다는 이유로 환불을 위한 공식 발표나 절차에 관한 보고가 전혀 이루어지지 않았습니다. 또한 해당 절차의 이행을 요구하는 변호사 명의의 통지에 대해서도 답변이 없고, 오늘(2023년 12월 23일) 현재까지도 연락을 취할 수 없는 상태가 계속되고 있습니다.
티켓 판매를 실시한 프로모터가 아니라 출연자인 SCANDAL 및 소속 사무소인 당사, 주식회사 ROOFTOP이 이러한 보고를 실시하는 것이 원래라면 바람직하지 않은 면도 있습니다. 하지만 상기 상황을 고려할 때 더 이상 여러분께 상황을 전달하지 않은 채 기다리게 만드는 것은 심정적으로 간과할 수 없다는 판단에 따라 이러한 형태로 현황을 보고드리게 되었습니다.
공연 티켓을 구매하였음에도 불구하고 이러한 불편을 드린 점, 그리고 상황 보고가 늦어지게 된 점에 대해 깊이 머리 숙여 사과말씀 드립니다.

SCANDAL was scheduled to perform in South Korea in 2020, promoted by the local subsidiary Sweet Jane (hereinafter referred to as “Sweet Jane”). Although many people purchased tickets for the following performance, it was postponed after determining it would be difficult to hold the event as planned due to the impact of COVID-19.

We have continued to discuss the possibility of holding a rescheduled performance with the promoter since then. However, due to difficulties such as schedule adjustment, we have determined that it will be difficult to hold a rescheduled performance, and have been discussing the possibility of refunding the tickets.

However, Sweet Jane has not made any announcement or reported on the refund procedure, citing the company’s financial difficulties. They have not responded to notices issued by attorneys requesting that the procedure be carried out, and as of today (12/23/2023), we have been unable to contact the company.

Although it is not preferable that SCANDAL, the performer, and ROOFTOP INC., the managing office, to make this announcement instead of the ticket-selling promoter, we have decided that in light of the above situation, it is distressing and unacceptable to keep you waiting without informing you of the situation.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to the ticket purchasers, and for the delay in reporting the situation.
